Cambodia

 

I have backpacked Cambodia in 1990 the first time I was near the border finally to reside in my room ready for the morning and to cross the giant Mekong. Cocks crowed at 6.00am and I woke showered and skipped breakfast only water was available at that time so I then took the earliest boat across waiting ten minutes I was on the river boat gliding across the currents watching Cambodia get nearer and also Laos fading away.
